6. Data protection for applications and application procedureThe party responsible for processing personal data collects and processes the information for the purpose of executing the application procedure. The processing can also occur electronically, especially if an applicant sends application documents via e-mail or web forms. Only persons that are actively involved in the applications procedure have access to this data. No data will be passed on to third parties outside of the applications process.
If a contract of employment is reached between the company and the applicant, the transmitted data needed for the handling of the employment relationship is stored in accordance with statutory regulations.
